Cycling, Zumba, Lift n’ Pump, Water Exercise, Tai Chi, Mat Pilates, Yoga and more are all free with your membership! Our classes offer you variety in your workout and our instructors are all certified and experienced to make sure each class is an excellent experience.

Bring a friend! Guests are welcome at the $10 drop-in rate/per visit.
Ages 15-up (ages 10-14 welcome to attend with a parent/guardian).

Small group specialty programs and classes are offered by our team of Personal Trainers and Specialized Instructors. Choose from a variety of fee based additional programs and classes that will expand your limits and enhance your overall health!
