We offer a wide range of programs and classes designed specifically for adults of all fitness levels or needs. Whether you are seeking a competitive sport with your peers, looking for a fitness class that geared to your pace, or even seeking post-rehab strengthening and flexibility, we have a program for you.
Our famous low impact exercise class designed to improve muscle tone, strengthen the heart and lungs, and burn away calories. Very popular with exercisers over 50 but is open to everyone.
Motivating music and choreography that helps participants dance away stress, calories and fat. It is a perfect mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. It is a fun, “feel-happy” workout!
SilverSneakers is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events.
The Sabes JCC offers a 4-stage post-rehab strengthening and flexibility group called “Heartworks” where individuals will have their Blood Pressure checked by our Personal Trainer leading the group prior to the workout. There is a monthly fee of $60 to be a part of this group in addition to membership. (30-day written cancellation notice applies).

Pickleball is for people of all ages and athletic abilities, described as a combination of ping-pong, tennis and badminton. It's a great work out, very social, and a competitive and athletic game. It's also a great way to spend time with friends and family. Pickleball uses a plastic ball and a paddle and is played on a court roughly half the size of a tennis court.
This is not a league...come when you can, with no advanced registration. Equipment is provided for you to try the game. Volunteers will teach you the rules and how to play Pickleball! Gym shoes are required. BRING A FRIEND!
