Cardiac Rehab Program

The Sabes JCC along with Heart Healthy Living P.A., offers special exercise classes called Heartworks. The Heartworks exercise class focuses on returning to independent physical activities and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for individuals that have experienced a cardiac event or are at-risk for heart disease.

A community based cardiac rehab program, this class provides medically supervised aerobic activity, stretching and flexibility, strengthening, relaxation and education, plus a fun and motivating environment. A registered nurse and cardiac rehabilitation therapist work with clients to reinforce healthy habits and provide resources for ongoing recovery.
