This amazingly exciting class combines high energy instructors with motivating music and choreography that helps participants dance away stress, calories and fat. It is a perfect mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. It is a fun, “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
Step n' Sculpt
This combo class mixes traditional step aerobics with strength training for the total body..
Mix It Up Intermediate
A fast paced workout that incorporates cardiovascular aerobics with strength training basics. Get your cardio and strength all in one class!
Mix It Up Advanced
This is a high intensity workout meant for an exerciser looking for a real challenge. A cardio and strength based class that uses a variety of exercise formats.
Lift n' Pump
A strength training class using motivating music and barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body.

Aikido Self Defense
Everyone is encouraged to try this one-of-a-kind self defense class. Learn to utilize meditation, locks & holds, physics and many more principles of non-resistance fighting, causing the opponents own movement to work against them. Walk away with a better understanding of the psychology behind Aikido Self Defense.
Water Exercise
Performed in the pool, this class incorporates cardiovascular exercise and resistance
training for a challenging, but low impact workout.

Forever Fit
Our famous low impact exercise class designed to improve muscle tone, strengthen the heart and lungs, and burn away calories. Very popular with exercisers over 50 but is open to everyone.
Silver Sneakers®
Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and skills required during activities of daily living. Hand weights, elastic tubing, and balls are used for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and /or standing support.
Gentle Tai Chi
This ancient form of exercise helps unlock tight areas, works on energy flow, balance and stress management. A great class for any ability level.
Fee Based Mind Body Classes
Pilates
A combination of 34 exercises performed on a mat to increase core and overall strength, body mechanics, and posture. Beginner, Advanced and Power Pilates class options allow for everyone to find a class that is right for them!
Power Vinyasa Yoga
This Vinyasa flow style of Yoga, combining breath and dynamic movement, will invigorate your body and calm your mind. Iyengar (meaning precision) Yoga
This class emphasizes form and alignment and uses traditional hatha yoga techniques in new manners and sequences. The precision of Iyengar yoga can be good for physical therapy because it allows the use of props like straps and blocks to make it easier for some people to get into and perfect the yoga postures.
Fitness Yoga
The Fitness Yoga workout combines deep breathing, stretching, strength & balance, cardiovascular exercise and time for mind body meditation. This class is great for yoga participants of all levels.
