Group Exercise Class Schedule

This schedule is effective through September 12. Starting September 13, we will have a new fall schedule.

All of our Group Exercise Instructors wil give intensity options throughout every class varying from Level 1 to Level 4, making every class available to participants of all fitness levels. No registration necessary, all classes are drop-in and run on an ongoing basis.
