TEENS
STAFF IN TRAINING (SIT)
(Grades 7–9)
Do you love camp? Have you always wanted to work with children? Are you hoping to further develop your leadership skills? Camp Olami has the program for you. Participants will work closely with a group to learn what it takes to be a full-fledged camp staff member. SITs will learn about being a role model, leadership skills, tools for working with children and peers, and so much more. Each day SITs will spend time as a group furthering their camp staff and leadership skills. Every teen will also be assigned to work in a group to prepare them for future roles as Camp Olami staff members.
