Xabeat, Lift n’ Pump, Cycling, Water Exercise, Tai Chi, Chair Stretch and more are all free with your membership! Our classes offer you variety in your workout and our instructors are all certified and experienced to make sure each class is an excellent experience.

Ages 15-up (ages 10-14 welcome to attend with a parent/guardian).

Reservations are required and participants must exercise 6 ft. from each other and are required to wear a mask when exercising.
