Balance & Fall Prevention II/III
A continuation of our popular Balance and Fall Prevention I program. Participants must have taken our Balance and Fall Prevention I or II class to participate in this session. The balance program goals are to increase muscle strength, improve posture, mobility, flexibility, and range of motion while increasing muscle endurance.
