Ongoing Group Fitness Schedule

The Sabes JCC offers many group fitness classes. Unless indicated, these classes are free for members. Non-members must pay a guest fee to attend. Check with the health and fitness desk or click below for updated schedules and classes offered. New classes are always being added, so check back often for new information!

  • Classes are free for members except those in the colored areas
  • Pre-registration is required for Group Power and Group Cycling. Register by calling the Health & Fitness desk at 952-381-3400
