Strength
Move
through a variety of exercises designed to increase
muscular strength, range of motion, and skills required
during activities for daily living (ADL). Hand weights,
elastic tubing, and a ball are offered for resistance,
and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Senior Personal Fitness Training
The Personal Fitness Training program can help you reach
your specific fitness goals. Work
out alone or with a group. Group personal training makes
it affordable for everyone. Get
your friends together and workout with your own personal
