A Day at a Glance

Host families play an important role in ensuring a successful experience for the teen artists visiting the Twin Cities from other areas across North America.  Host families are responsible for dropping off and picking up their guests at designated times and places during the week.  Transportation during the program hours of the JCC Maccabi ArtsFest is provided by the planning committee. 

Teen artists will have dinner on Sunday and Monday night with their host families. 

Monday nite: Families are encouraged to spend the evening together, introducing the beautiful areas of the Twin Cities to visiting artists.

On Tuesday & Wednesday, teen artists will be involved in ArtsFest activities.

On Thursday evening, teen artists will be showcasing some of the work they have been focusing on all week within their arts specialties. More details to come... Local host families will receive 2 complementary tickets to this closing showcase, which will take place at the Hopkins Center for the Arts in Hopkins, MN.
