The writer/journalist will be engaged in writing descriptive short 1 to 2 page stories about Russian-speaking immigrants on the following topics: pre-war years, WWII, immigration, VOICE activities. The volunteer will get a glimpse into the lives of the WWII veterans and their families. The writer/journalist will also interview VOICE members (immigrants from the Former Soviet Union) and production team involved in making of the documentary “The American VOICE of the Soviet Jews.” The short stories will become a part of a Photo Book about VOICE members and their lives before and after immigration to the USA.
