Virtual Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run)

Get ready to join us for a fun, virtual duathlon from your own home – or anywhere that you can run and bike safely! This event is run-bike-run format, and the duathlon can be completed in one day or over three consecutive days. After completion, participants will be entered into a drawing for great prizes.
FOUR REGISTRATION LEVELS
SUPER SPRINT: 15 min run, 30 min bike, 15 min run
SPRINT: 20 min run, 45 min bike, 20 min run
SPRINT PLUS: 30 min run, 1 hour bike, 30 min run
OLYMPIC: 1 hour run, 90 min bike, 1 hour run
