Personal Training
Our certified trainers offer fitness assessments, health education, goal setting, and monitoring of your progress. Whether you want to run a mile or a marathon, exercise with your headphones, lose weight or gain strength, we’ll help you every step of the way. We offer Personal, Partner, Group, Family or Specialty sessions and programs. Talk to us about the training program that is right for you. Personal Training Options
- PRIVATE TRAINING
(1 hour OR 30-minute sessions)
A one-on-one training program will be designed specifically for you with education in mind. Your Trainer works with you every step of the way to identify individual postural and movement needs keeping you on to the path to achieving your larger goals.
- PARTNER TRAINING
(1 hour, 2 people)
Are you looking for the opportunity to train with a friend or significant other? Partner training has been proven to increase commitment to a fitness regimen.
- SMALL GROUP TRAINING
(1 hour, 3-6 people)
Small group training is a fun way for individuals to take advantage of a Trainer’s expertise and still receive that personal coach approach and individualized workout at a lower financial investment all while keeping the fun and motivation of a group dynamic. Small group training is for individuals who want to work with friends, co-workers, teammates, or even a group of people you have never met before.
Group Coaching at the J
Our group coaching will upgrade your life by giving you the support of a coach and community. Our groups are designed to give you structure, be fun and allow you to achieve more.

ACTIVE
Learn just what your body can do in this foundation-level class that is committed to helping everyone make progress and get stronger. ACTIVE is a class for anyone who is ready to move and feel better and work up a sweat!
BUILD
Reach a little higher and challenge yourself with a skill-building, conditioning focus surrounded by others who are ready to cheer you on as you push the limits of your comfort zone. Gain strength, focus and a real transformation when you BUILD with us!
COST:
Unlimited $144/month ($12.00 per class)
2/x week $114/month ($14.25 per class)
1/x week $74/month ($18.50 per class)
