We offer a wide range of programs and classes designed specifically for adults of all fitness levels or needs. Whether you are seeking a competitive sport with your peers, looking for a fitness class that geared to your pace, or even seeking post-rehab strengthening and flexibility, we have a program for you.
Our famous low impact exercise class designed to improve muscle tone, strengthen the heart and lungs, and burn away calories. Very popular with exercisers over 50 but is open to everyone.
SilverSneakers is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity and offering social events.
Specialty Training for Parkinson’s
Exercise is an important part of healthy living for everyone. However, for people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) exercise is not only healthy, but a vital component to maintaining balance, mobility and daily living activities, along with a potential neuroprotective effect.
Move 2B Healthy
A strengthening and flexibility class designed to support your lifelong practices and habits for a healthier life. This on-going class meets 3x/week and is a 30 minute class. Includes guided cardiovascular program suggestions.
Pickleball is for people of all ages and athletic abilities, described as a combination of ping-pong, tennis and badminton. It’s a great work out, very social, and a competitive and athletic game. It’s also a great way to spend time with friends and family. Pickleball uses a plastic ball and a paddle and is played on a court roughly half the size of a tennis court.
This is not a league…come when you can, with no advanced registration. Equipment is provided for you to try the game. Volunteers will teach you the rules and how to play Pickleball! Gym shoes are required. BRING A FRIEND!
